Danish car boutique brand Zenvo Automotive has revealed the new ST1, a mid-engine exotic performance car.

Zenvo ST1 boasts some insane performance - via a turbocharged and supercharged 7.0-litre V8 sourced from the Corvette Z06. 1,104-horsepower feeds through to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. The power to weight ratio for this hypercar is 802 bhp/ton.

The ST1 is good for a 3.2-second 0-100 km/h (62 mph) trip, and 0-120 mph (193 km/h) in just under 9 seconds. The car’s terminal velocity is electronically limited to 375 km/h (233 mph), so for the time being the Bugatti Veyron, Ultimate Aero, 9FF GT9, and Koenigsegg CCX won’t have to battle a new competitor for the top-speed title just yet.

The ST1 project will soon be five years in the running, having been started in 2004. The first cars are planned to be built and delivered to customers next year. Only fifteen will be produced in the initial run. Price is $937,500 USD.
