The Shake, from Tunebug, turns any hard surface into a flat panel speaker…but with the Gecko attachment, it can make your crash helmet one big immersion speaker.

Music For Your Mellon is the billing for the Shake portable surfacesound speaker. It is expected to hit shelves the end of February and will cost $120 USD. Attached to your bike, skate or snowboard helmet, it connects to iPods, MP3 players or mobile phones via Bluetooth. A rubber molded grip lets you mount it on most helmets, and it’s water resistant. It has touch sensitive control for turning it on and off and changing the volume. It can connect to any device with an audio jack.
