Billionaire Brit Sir Richard Branson, the driving force behind Virgin Records, V2 Records, Virgin Airlines, Virgin Mobile and Virgin Galactic, [the company dedicated to sending tourists into sub-orbit space by 2012] apparently has determined space tourists need some live inflight entertainment.

Of all the great bands the world has to offer…Sir Richard has booked Spandau Ballet to have the distinction of being the first band to play in space.
