Available from 12.09, Beatles fans will be able to purchase the Beatles Back Catalog - featuring 14 digitally remastered albums all contained on an apple-shaped 16 GB USB device.
EMI/Apple Corp. will apparently be stocking 30,000 of the special edition vivid-green units. The albums included in the package are: A Hard Day’s Night, Abbey Road, (The) Beatles, Beatles For Sale, Help!, Let It Be, Magical Mystery Tour, Past Masters (One and Two), Please Please Me, Revolver, Rubber Soul, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, With The Beatles, and Yellow Submarine.
As well as music, the package deal also includes digital artwork for each album, rare photos, expanded liner notes, and a 13-part documentary on the Fab Four.
The audio contents will be provided in FLAC 44.1 Khz 24 bit and MP3 320 Kbps formats, fully compatible with both PC and Mac. It will set you back $279.99 USD.
